SUMMIT

Wednesday, FEBRUARY 28, 2024 | VIRTUAL

A career and leadership development summit for Black professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs to increase your income & impact.

Faster turnover and slower promotion to management  create a leaky & clogged pipeline, resulting in paltry Black leadership representation at the most senior ranks

Leadership representation is one of the highest priorities of corporations committed to inclusion and equity. Although Black employees comprise 14 percent of all US employees, the Black workforce at the managerial level is just half of that: 7 percent. At senior-manager levels, it declines further, to 5 and 4 percent, respectively.

According to McKinsey & Company

BLACK EMPLOYEES OFTEN FEEL THAT

Their employers DO NOT value and embrace inclusion.

The system for evaluation and promotion is UNFAIR.

They CANNOT be their full selves.

THE RESULT:

A trust deficit between companies and their Black employees.

At Career Thrivers, we’re on a mission to partner with organizations, Black professionals, and allies to change that and create companies where everyone can thrive!
