Our Purpose
Career Thrivers is a strategic leadership development and organizational consulting firm founded by Brittany N. Cole. We operate at the intersection of three disciplines most organizations keep separate: organizational development, leadership branding, and workforce strategy. That integration is what allows us to design a women's leadership intensive for Bridgestone, advise the Freedom Center board on strategic planning, and coach an executive on their leadership (personal) brand all with the same rigor and methodology.

Career Thrivers was founded in 2019 by Brittany N. Cole, a bestselling author, LinkedIn Learning instructor with 25,000+ global learners, keynote speaker, and host of the Let's Thrive Together podcast. Her book Thrive Through It was endorsed by #1 Executive Coach Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, and she holds education credentials from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and Harvard Kennedy School.
