Bridgestone Americas
Fortune 500 | 45,000+ Teammates | Multi-Year Partnership (2021–2024)

Challenge
Bridgestone Americas was undergoing a historic organizational transformation — evolving from a traditional tire manufacturer into a software and solutions-driven global mobility company. This shift required fundamental changes in leadership capability, culture, and talent strategy. Specifically, Bridgestone needed to retain high-potential leaders during a period of significant uncertainty; equip executives and people leaders to communicate change effectively across a global workforce; engage and develop emerging women leaders who were underrepresented in management and senior leadership; and build a culture where diverse teammates at all levels could bring their full selves to work.
Solutions
Career Thrivers served as a multi-year strategic partner to Bridgestone Americas from 2021 through 2024, working directly with the CEO, CHRO, and senior leadership team across multiple interconnected workstreams:
Executive Advisory: Ongoing strategic advisory to the CEO and CHRO on leadership communication, culture strategy, and talent development during the transformation.
Rise & Thrive Women's Leadership Intensive: Designed and delivered a signature cohort-based leadership development program for emerging women leaders. Over multiple years, 150 women leaders from across the Americas, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific participated in immersive 3-day intensives focused on leadership identity, confident communication, executive presence, and career advancement strategy.
Leadership Pipeline Development: Created a nomination and selection process that deepened the leadership pipeline by identifying high-potential women at manager and director levels earlier.
Executive Coaching and Presence: Coached individual executives on leadership presence, messaging, and stakeholder communication during high-stakes transformation moments.
Culture Learning Modules: Supported the design and deployment of enterprise-wide culture learning modules that reached over 5,000 teammates, reinforcing belonging and inclusion.

SIGNATURE PROGRAM: WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Rise & Thrive: Advancing Women Leaders
Multi-Client Program | UPS, Bridgestone Americas, Caterpillar Financial, Sony Music Publishing

Challenge
development broadly but lacked targeted programs to engage, develop, and retain emerging women leaders. Women remained underrepresented in management and senior leadership pipelines, and existing development opportunities were not designed to address the unique barriers women face in advancing — from confidence and visibility to navigating organizational dynamics and building strategic relationships.
Solutions
Career Thrivers designed Rise & Thrive as a signature cohort-based leadership development intensive for emerging women leaders, built to be customized, licensed, and deployed within enterprise organizations.
Companies nominate emerging women leaders based on performance, development trajectory, and readiness. Career Thrivers partners with HR teams and participant managers to create alignment before the intensive begins and track impact post-intensive. The 3-day experience includes a Career Thrivers-developed 360 assessment covering leadership identity and confidence, emotional intelligence, stakeholder alignment, communication skills, and leadership branding.
Following the intensive, participants receive six months of continued coaching and leadership labs covering topics including breaking glass ceilings, moving from burnout to brilliance, owning career development, and amplifying their voice as women leaders.

STRATEGIC PLANNING & INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATION
National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM)
Arts, Culture & Education | Board-Level Strategic Alignment

Challenge
NMAAM faced a pivotal inflection point: a leadership transition while maintaining momentum, an outdated strategic plan that lacked execution clarity, limited board alignment around priorities, and an untapped opportunity to unify its value proposition across donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Solutions
Career Thrivers facilitated a board-level strategic planning session designed to move the board from conversation to cohesion. We provided board-level strategic facilitation, strategic narrative and identity clarification, and delivered a post-session roadmap with immediate actions, governance implications, and next-phase recommendations.
Through this work, Career Thrivers recommended the positioning of "Music Starts Here" — a powerful brand narrative anchoring NMAAM's identity in both its cultural significance and its geographical positioning in Nashville as Music City. The framework positions NMAAM to expand from 125,000 to 250,000 annual visitors.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP BRANDING
Executive Ecosystem:
Leadership Brand Transformation
1:1 Executive Engagement | Leadership Branding, IP Development & Industry Leadership Positioning

Challenge
Accomplished business leaders and executives often share a common paradox: they are doing extraordinary work — leading organizations, building movements, developing teams, and creating measurable impact — yet their online presence, personal narrative, and professional positioning don't come close to reflecting the scale of that impact. When someone searches for them online, visits their LinkedIn profile, or looks for their digital footprint, it doesn't encompass the vast nature of what they've built. They are, as Career Thrivers describes it, the best-kept secret in their industry.
Solutions
Career Thrivers works directly 1:1 with executive-level leaders and entrepreneurs through the Executive Ecosystem — a white-glove engagement designed to position their expertise for maximum visibility and impact.
The engagement begins with an immersive Strategy Day where we map the full breadth and depth of the leader's career story, leadership journey, and vision. From there, we build their complete leadership brand ecosystem: leadership brand clarification and narrative positioning, intellectual property development including signature frameworks and thought leadership, packaging expertise for revenue generation including paid speaking, signature talk development, website design and development, LinkedIn profile transformation and content strategy, visual identity refresh, and ghostwriting and content marketing support.

Leaders Report
Leaders report clarity, confidence, and alignment between who they are and how the world sees them
"For the first time, I actually said out loud what I've been carrying quietly for years — that I want more out of my career and my life. I've built movements, led organizations, and poured into communities, but when it came to positioning myself as a leader, I always came last. Brittany helped me see that my personal leadership brand deserves the same intentionality I bring to everything else. For the first time, my vision isn't just in my head. It's out. It's real. It's on paper."
— Tequila Johnson, Executive Ecosystem Client | Executive Director, The Equity Alliance
