Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is the face of our brand and critical to the operations of our leadership development firm. We are seeking a resourceful, confident, tech-savvy, and values-aligned professional to provide the primary administrative and communication support to our CEO. The Administrative Executive will understand the business priorities and demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs, proactively suggest solutions, and lead the continuous improvement of our operations.

 

This person must have a demonstrated ability to handle administrative details independently with the appropriate sense of urgency and accuracy. Discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism is required. An eye for process improvements, attention to detail, and a desire to be a thought partner on strategic initiatives is preferred.

 

This is an exciting role with opportunities for advancement within the organization. This teammate will be a key partner and liaison within the organization as well as customer-facing with client partners.

 

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage inbox, prioritizing action items, and sending meeting recaps

  • Podcast coordination and communications

  • Curate and manage company newsletter and community communications

  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings with external partners

  • Project manage initiatives for CEO

  • Support planning of events and programs

  • Coordinate client onboarding communication

 

Basic Qualifications

     

  • Alignment with company values

  • Demonstrated experience assisting executives in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite is essential

  • Highly resourceful and self-driven approach to work

  • Proactive problem-solving.

  • Project management and coordination background in a fast-moving environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing corporate events and activities.

  • Proficient in Dubsado, Zoom, and Asana

  • Strategic and organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
